WePAC is addressing the roots of education disparity in Philadelphia by advocating for the school district to support school libraries, growing a sturdy foundation by intentional volunteer recruitment and community engagement, and spreading our branches as we continue to broaden our reach and impact. Your contribution helps our work flourish.
Our libraries are designed to be welcoming, safe, inclusive environments where students can relax, enjoy reading together, and check out books to read at home. From new books to area rugs to lighting, all our libraries need a little extra sprucing up as many of them will reopen to students in the fall for the first time since the pandemic started. This fund will go to support all the necessities that make our libraries comfortable spaces to experience the joy of reading. Thank you for partnering with us!
